These are two simple charts that allow you to keep track of various activities in your classroom such as guided reading groups, class participation, socialization skills, small group communication skills, collaborative group skills, word study groups, etc. These will help you track student progress and make an excellent addition to a student’s portfolio.
This product is a first of its kind for NJ Reading Teacher. The note-taking forms are designed as a form, so you have the option of typing the students’ names and notes right onto the form to print or save. If you would rather handwrite the information, simply print out the blank form.
There are two versions of the Note-Taking Forms:
*Individual Student Form (to track progress on one student involved in one particular group or task)
*Quick Notes for the Class Form (for one activity that the entire class is involved in)
These are the same forms that appear in the Appendix of the Kindergarten Assessments and Rubrics for ELA (Literacy) and Math
