80 labels (formatted for the Avery 8160 mailing address labels) that have different questions and activities. Each label can be affixed to a Jenga block. Players (or therapist and client) take turns pulling a block from the Jenga tower. The person then answers the questions or practices the coping skill listed on the block. This activity is great to learn more about a client's anger triggers and current methods for dealing with anger. It also teaches new methods and reviews deep breathing to manage anger.
