These simple anger management activities can be used by a classroom teacher, school counselor, or school social worker to assist students in learning helpful ways to control their anger. Twelve anger control techniques are listed. Students are to identify the six helpful techniques and the six that are not helpful techniques. I discuss the techniques with the students and help them decide which techniques would be useful for them. The first activity can be completed individually in the classroom or during an individual session. The second activity can be completed with the entire class.
