I created this resource as a template for an anger management fortune teller (chatterbox) for students who find it challenging to regulate their emotions in the classroom.
Write down strategies in the fortune teller like "pretend to blow bubbles", "pretend to blow up a balloon", "stretch your arms above your head", "try and touch your toes", "count to 20", "take 5 deep breaths", etc. to help with deep breathing and anger management support in the classroom.
This chatterbox can also be used for sensory therapy ideas, sensory breaks, handwriting motivation, etc.
