Utilize these care tags to help to teach children how to process their emotions and the needs that go with their emotions. They can be utilized when working with students with behavioral issues, or they can be used with each individual student in the classroom for the benefit of the teacher to assist students with the appropriate expression of emotions.

It can be used in a pro-active manner to talk about appropriate responses, or it can be used in a re-active manner after an event has occurred to assist the student(s) to make a plan for a more appropriate means of expression and reaction.
