Hello Math Teachers! Students are given a diagrams and use colored pencils to identify angles including; supplementary, vertical, pairs of angles with parallel lines, corresponding, alternate interior, alternate exterior, sum of triangles, and remote interior angles of triangles. This is a two page, 16 question math worksheet.
I use it with my 8th grade Pre-Algebra classes and it takes them about 20 minutes to complete depending on their familiarity of identifying angle relationships.
Focusing on Common Core and Florida's FSA.
Florida's FSA MAFS.8.G Geometry, MAFS.8.G.1.5
Common Core CCSS 8.G.A.5 Use informal arguments to establish facts about the angle sum and exterior angle of triangles, about the angles created when parallel lines are cut by a transversal, and the angle-angle criterion for similarity of triangles.
