This is a full, amazing, detailed Geometry lesson on Angle Relationships in Circles! Included in this resource:
- Lesson Plan stating common core standards, essential question, DoK levels, materials, instructional sequence with detailed rationale, provision for individual differences (featuring low level learners, high level learners, auditory, visual, kinesthetic, interpersonal, logical/mathematical, as well as students with ADHD), and my own reflection from my lesson.
- Do Now: Circle Formula/Definition Sheet
- Scavenger Maze with QR Codes and Student Answer Sheet. This awesome scavenger maze has two QR Codes at each question. Students will scan the QR Code at each question to make sure that it says the correct question they came from. If not, the student will return to your previous question and work through the problem again to obtain a different answer. If students get all of the answers correct, they will not repeat any questions. Therefore, if the answer at one question sends them back to a question they have already completed, that is an indication that they made a mistake at one of their previous stations. The second QR code at each question gives them a hint they can use if they are stuck on the problem or do not know where to begin! They have a student work packet with mini diagrams of the problems so that when they get it back they can have it to study from!
