Stations mazes are great because they get students up and moving around the room. They also encourage students to check their work carefully since an incorrect answer will eventually send them back to a problem they have already solved. Successfully completing the maze requires students to slow down and check their work.
This activity can be completed individually or in pairs. A student answer sheet is included. Two versions of the maze are included: color and black and white. The differences are shown in the thumbnails.
There are 9 stations. Students will find the missing angle measure in triangles and quadrilaterals. No algebra is required.
This activity is intended for middle school grades or as a quicker review for high school geometry. For a more in depth high school review, see my Quadrilaterals Stations Maze Activity
or Angles in Triangles Stations Maze Activity
. Download the preview and look at the thumbnails to make sure these problems are appropriate for your students.
