This is a great activity for High School Geometry students learning basic Geometric figures and angle relationships.
Students will find and identify basic geometric figures in the structure of a bicycle and angle relationships Using a computer, Tablet, or laptop. It could be modified for use without a computer by drawing the bicycle on poster board or large card stock.
Students will create an image that could be made into a poster or used as a slide show that demonstrates they can identify these angles in a familiar object.
Feel free to modify the assignment as needed.
Also I recommend having students use a photo of their own bicycle (if they have one) instead of using Google images if they wish to.
