PowerPoint review worksheet – students can follow along the PowerPoint to answer the questions so the teacher makes sure they are paying attention. Another option is using it as a quiz or test grade.
Fast facts sheet – students can do their own research using online resources or use the powerpoint to fill this in to include information on location, weather, plants, and animals for each biome. There is a page of facts already included that the teacher can use as a reference.
Venn Diagram- Knowing the differences of tropical and temperate rainforests – The teacher can use this as a group assignment where they fill in the venn diagram together and the answer sheet will help get more information of facts they did not think of.
What animals live there? Activity – students cut the pictures of the animals and glue them next to the biome it belongs in.
Map coloring activity (2 different versions) – Version 1 – students color in their own key and then color the map according to the key. Version 2 – students color by number according to the key (easy).
