Here is a great addition to your animal coverings unit! I use the response sheet each day as I teach about a new animal covering (fur, feathers, scales, or shells). The students draw an example of an animal, label the animal, and then write how the covering helps those animals. I use the sort as an end-of-the-unit review to make sure my students can identify animals that have different types of coverings. Each activity also comes with an answer sheet.
This resource can be paired with the Animal Coverings Booklet located in my store!
