Includes both 10 question quizzes for every chapter of Animal Farm and 100 question comprehensive test.
The quiz questions are simple recall questions to see if they've read. No deep analysis. It's a Word doc, so you can edit any question you'd like. That way you can test things that you may have specifically covered in class. I usually read the questions aloud and have my students answer on index cards (copy limits, anyone?).
The comprehensive test over Animal Farm contains the following types of plot-based questions:
*character and quote matching may use a character more than once or not at all,
increasing the difficulty
Here are some of the benefits of the comprehensive test:
-Can be taken with a Scantron, providing quick and easy grading
-Fits on the front and back of a single piece of paper, saving copies and resources
-100 questions, making for easy grading
-Usually takes entire class period, giving teacher time to finish other tasks
-Editable, allowing teacher freedom to change questions and/or answer choices to fit specific classroom discussion or special education modifications
-Answer key included
