Students will write and give clues about an animal. I put this on a regular sheet of construction paper, and staple the half writing page on top of the bottom portion. The students will write the clues about their animal on the half writing page. You can choose which half page you want to use for writing. Then, they will illustrate the animal and write what it is underneath. Their classmates must read the page on top and use the clues to guess and see what the animal is. Then they can look under the writing to see if they are correct. The students really enjoy this activity!
