Product Description
Help students who are struggling with animal identification by using this Screening and included Data Tracking Forms for animals. The product uses real photo cards. This is an organized and easy way to document animal identification in your classroom or during the intervention process. You can show data by using the graph that is included on the worksheets.
Track:
❤Matching Animals
❤Receptive Identification of Animals "Point to..."
❤Expressive Identification of Animals "What is it?"
Flash cards are included for 50 animals in this product.
Once the child has mastered matching, move to receptive identification and then expressive identification.
All flashcards are included in color. If you need to have the child work on matching, just print two sets of flashcards.
There are two different data forms. One is perfect for use in the classroom as an informal assessment and the other is perfect to use during intervention. It gives parents a detailed description of exactly what they need to do during the intervention process.
I send home the parent forms during the intervention process. My teachers use this form as well to track progress during the child's intervention. This is a great product to use during applied behavior therapy for students on the spectrum. This is a great tool to use during discrete trial training in a one-on-one or small group setting. I also like to use this with ESL students.
