Included is an organizer and writing paper to write an informational piece on an animal. It has a page for Habitat, Diet, and Appearance.
Each page has prompts on it for the students to look for when they are researching their animal. For example, for appearance, it asks how big is your animal? Then it says...size? weight? For Habitat, it says does your animal's home have a name? Then it says (ocean, den, burrow) to give examples for the students to look for while researching. At the bottom of each page, there is a section for other facts about the animal's habitat, diet, and appearance. This way, students can fill in anything else they find that might not fit in the boxes with the questions prompts.
There is also a separate interesting facts page for students to find facts that do not go along with the habitat, diet, and appearance of their animal.
The writing paper has a section for each page of the organizer. There is writing paper with regular lines and with Handwriting Without Tears lines.
