Animal walks are a great way to incorporate fun movements breaks. They provide proprioceptive input which is generally organizing and can improve attention, arousal level, body awareness and muscle tone, as well as decreasing defensiveness. There are also fitness benefits such as balance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance.
The activities on this cube are specifically designed so that they can be implemented in the classroom. Students or teachers can roll the cube to select an activity.
Simply follow the directions for cutting and folding, then glue or tape together.
