Movement Dice

This product can be used by Occupational Therapists, Home Educators, Early Childhood Educators, teachers, and parents as a fun way to engage children in animal walks.

Animal walks are a great way of encouraging and developing children's upper-limb, core and lower-limb strength and stability. Weight-bearing postures, such as animal walks are also great for increasing proprioceptive feedback and body awareness. Animal walks and jumps are also a great movement break or brain break, to help children increase their attention levels prior or during table top tasks or group time.

These dice help give children the feeling of control and 'fun' within the context of a movement break. These dice could be used at home, school, day care, kindergarten, or as part of a 'breakout room' activity.
