Los animales vertebrados en español
(Vertebrates in Spanish - Charts)
A chart showing the five classes of vertebrates (mamíferos, peces, aves, anfibios, reptiles) and the characteristics of each one (cuerpo, respiración, extremidades, desplazamiento, reproducción, hábitat). There is a cartoon picture of an animal for each class.
The same chart as above though without the details of the characteristics. There are lines where students can complete these typical characteristics in their own writing (maybe as homework or an activity in class).
Smaller versions of the main chart with two per page (to save on ink and paper when printing).
A chart showing Los Mamíferos (mammals) with a brief description, common characteristics and examples of mammals in Spanish.
A chart showing Los Peces (fish) with a brief description, common characteristics and examples of fish in Spanish.
A chart showing Las Aves (birds) with a brief description, common characteristics and examples of birds in Spanish.
A chart showing Los Anfibios (amphibians) with a brief description, common characteristics and examples of amphibians in Spanish.
A chart showing Los Reptiles (reptiles) with a brief description, common characteristics and examples of reptiles in Spanish.
The same five charts above (charts 4-8) however without the description, characteristics or examples. There are lines where students can complete each chart with the appropriate details.
All information in these charts are 100% in Spanish making them ideal for Dual language immersion classes.
