Anna Brown Never Missed a Thing is a colorfully illustrated picture book for grades 2-4, that tells the story of Anna Brown who is never in trouble, and Kenny Harriman, who, well, is always in trouble . Sort of.
Because the author has no drawing ability whatsoever, the illustrations are again, composed, designed, and configured from public domain photos and clip art. I want your students to see that they don't have to know how to draw in order to illustrate their work.
With this particular project, reading the story is a classroom affair. Put Vincent on a flash drive and put it on a classroom computer for your students' enjoyment. It's that simple.
Have fun with Anna and Kenny and give your students a chance to be creative with the many activities the book asks them to do.
Also, if you or your students have time, I would love to have feedback regarding the story and the illustrations. This will certainly help me with later endeavors.
Remember to "Look Both Ways' as you teach and look through My Store if you have time. There may be projects you and your students may find interesting.
The book samples occur from the middle of the book.
