Answering Wh-questions is particularly difficult for some students with language disorders. Often the confusion comes with not knowing which kind of word answers what type of questions.
This is the focus of my Wh-Question Program here
and my app; Question It (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/questionit/id458737797?mt=8 ).
Sometimes, however, it is an issue of auditory memory; the student can’t hold the information from the sentence in working memory while finding the answer to the specific question. And sometimes, students just need practice with answering a variety of different questions.
You will find:
• 54 cards; each with a sentence followed by Who, When, and/or Where questions.
• There are 3-5 questions per card/sentence; for a total of 179 total questions.
• Visual cues, a game board and data sheet are provided.
Focus on all three Wh-questions in random order, or focus on a specific question type for each student in the group.
Check out my store for other sets of cards for language skills. These are great for speech therapy, where you can target each child’s specific objectives within the same activity by using different set(s).
• Also check out my bundle of cards and assorted thematic game boards. HERE
AND..... I've just created a money-saving Wh-question Bundle HERE
Thank you for shopping in my store. Please print cards for your own use only. Thank you for not “sharing” with others.
