Establishing a basic yes/no response is an important and essential communication skills. For many children this skill is is not established and very difficult for them to acquire. This download includes the tools necessary for you to help determine if the student is having difficulty with “yes/no” questions or if a language/vocabulary breakdown. Many times it’s the language/vocabulary that is impeding a child from making a correct yes/no response. We need to tease that out before we can say they child is not able to answer yes/no questions accurately.
