Antonyms can be a good way to help students expand their vocabulary. This product offers antonym pairs that will help students identify words that are opposites. My concentration game and worksheets can meet those needs!
Within this product are three different levels of vocabulary concentration games. That allows you, the teacher, to meet the needs of all your students by choosing the level your student(s) may need to practice for success. This product could work as both a center or station and as a small group activity.
There is also a student accountability worksheet which students could fill out after they finish matching antonyms. It's a quick assessment for you to identity those students who may need more practice or those students who are read to move to the next level of antonyms. Students will record their antonym pairs and then create three sentences using the antonym pairs they matched.
