Use these partner cards to put a twist on random partnering in the classroom. This allows students to get extra practice with antonyms and gets them up and moving around the room. It also works great as an ice breaker for the first day of school or classrooms with students who are hesitant on picking out partners. No child is left out or has the stress of finding a partner.
This also works great as a literacy station for your students. I have attached a blank recording sheet so students can find the antonyms and record them. Perfect for extra practice throughout the week! This sheet can also be used to remember who’s partnered for multiple day lessons/projects. I suggest laminating these cards so you can use them repeatedly!
