NO PREP GAME: Antonym whole group snowball fight is a fast paces game in which students have a one-minute indoor snowball fight. After the snowball fight, each student opens 3-4 snowballs. Students think of an antonym of the word typed on their snowball. Ask individual students or small groups to name an antonym of their word. Ask individual students to say their word allowed while their classmates check to see if they have the matching antonym. You may also want to walk around selecting words to share aloud with the class. Asking “What is the antonym for ____?”

Each snowball is numbered so the teacher may use the provided answer key. Students will supply the snowball number along with their answer. After printing, this angle game is ready to play! The pages are designed to use very little ink. This game is excellent way to review, practice or get an informal assessment. Your student will BEG you to let them play again!!
