Antonyms Poster

Interactive Anchor Chart: Create this interactive anchor chart using the pictures and word cards provided. I provided a visual of the poster I used in my own classroom

Antonyms Sort: Using the items from the interactive anchor chart! Two recording sheet options are provided

Puzzle 1: Students will match up a set of antonyms. Each puzzle will have 2 word card pieces and 2 picture pieces. Great for students that need the visual to help them be successful with antonyms!

Puzzle 2: Students will match a word to it's antonym. This puzzle does not include any pictures to help "push" those students who need a challenge! { puzzles are in black and white to be printed on colored card stock}

Go Fishin': Students will practice antonyms using this fun Go Fishin' for antonyms game! The game is played just like Go Fish! except a student will ask for the antonym of the card they have. A Go Fish! bowl is provided for the go fish pile. And also game mats for each player's matches! I provided a visual to help players be successful with asking for the antonym of their word & to help this game be as independent as possible.

My LITTLE Book of Antonyms: Students will record a set of antonyms and use in a sentence. Students will then illustrate a picture. Primary and intermediate lines are available.
