My students absolutely loved these activities that we started for #BellLetsTalk. Students learned about anxiety and what it is then shared their own stories about anxiety. We described and drew how our faces looked when we feel anxious and also drew and labelled a full-body diagram of our bodies' reactions to anxiety. After, we practised ways to help our anxiety.
