Each flap represents how anxiety affects that particular part of the body. Open the flap and a worry busting strategy is listed for the student to complete. Blank templates are included for students to make it personal to them. They can color and write their own ideas for coping strategies to reduce worries. You can mix and match several different options with this activity. Both color and black & white versions are included.

The Worry Buster Tear Sheet Activity is designed to help students participate in reducing their worries. Print and cut on bold lines for anxiety reducing strategy ideas. Have students tear off their strategy choice and complete the activity listed. Students may have to choose more than one strategy until their worries go away.
