Why Targeting Anxiety Matters
Over the past years, the number of kids and young adults struggling with anxiety and severe worries has increased dramatically. These strong emotions impact these kids and young adults every day. Students who may be struggling with anxiety and worry may also be at risk for depression, eating disorders, learning problems, drug/alcohol abuse, and more. Strategies can be learned to help kids manage their anxious thoughts and develop more positive habits.
