It's hard to get our kiddos just to "write" in another language. In our minds we know of so many topics they could write on BUT at this level (1 through 3) it can be an overwhelming task. They worry about the vocabulary, structure, spelling, and just basic brainstorming of what to write about in general.
If you want to get your kiddos writing in Spanish, but want to give them a little brainstorming help, these writing boxes are the perfect fix. They will conjugate, they will put the structure together, but the info is on the page.
You can still test their mastery while helping them with the brainstorming part. Just because they can't think of a random word in their head doesn't mean they don't know that random word...they just couldn't think of it in that moment. It's almost like they forgot they knew it. This provides the information but requires the student to fully know & comprehend the vocabulary to use it.
Best part of this easy activity is you can use it with any tense - present, preterite, imperfect, conditional, future, and more. This activity can be re-used and easily modified to use over & over with the same class.
Product is editable, can be modified, in Spanish.
