•Suggested kid leveled book, movie, snack, and topics used to cover the Apollo 11 mission of landing on the Moon in 1969.

•Introduction to Canadian Astronaut Chris Hadfield who lived aboard the International Space Station and made demonstrative and explanatory videos on how to perform specific tasks and activities in space with zero gravity. Activities include: eating, sleeping, brushing his teeth, exercising, and more. I suggest watching the videos all together as a class

•Template of a letter to Chris Hadfield. Can be used for typing skills practice as well as letter writing skills practice.

•Song and Lyric Analysis. Students will listen to the song ISS from Chris Hadfield and determine what the lyrics of the song mean literally and figuratively. Students will write a response comparing the lyrics.
