After teaching students how to properly use apostrophes for possession, you can do this activity as practice.
You project this onto the board, and students change the sentence into an example using an apostrophe on their own paper.
Option: You give each student a few pieces of uncooked macaroni so they can insert the apostrophes where they are needed. This makes the activity more tactile.
Each sentence is on a separate page so you can scroll without showing the answer. The answer key is included.
