Cut & Sort: Students sort sentences whether they contain an adverb or an adjective. Includes a version where the adverb or adjective is underlined while the second version the word is not underlined.
Four Corners: 27 word cards that are either adjectives or adverbs. Students chose the corner sign that describes their word: Adjective, Adverb: When, Adverb: Where, or Adverb: How.
Adverb or Adjective Sort: Using the Four Corners cards, students can complete an independent or group sort. Recording page included.
