Apple Glyph - Back-to-School or Anytime Use!

Description
This Apple Glyph comes with a directions page, a suggestion page, a student survey, an answer key, an apply template/pattern, and glyph accessories. It can be used for a back-to-school activity or it can be used at anytime of the year.
The Apple pattern used for the glyph is a large full page size pattern.
The question/statements on the survey are generic and can be used by many grade levels. When the apple glyphs are completed each student will have their own creation.
*Note: The photos of the glyph examples in the thumbnails are not included.
