This bundle is jam packed with many original and fun math activities! There are a total of 60 pages of printable activities and worksheets:
**Spin, Search, Stamp - This activity includes a spinner made by simply poking a hole in the center of the printed spinner and securing a paperclip with a brad. Students spin, search for the number and stamp it on their worksheet using a dot marker, other stamp, or just coloring it with a crayon or highlighter.
**Find the Worm - This activity includes a group game and individual worksheets. One student hides a worm and the other students practice their number recognition skills by guessing which numbered apple the worm is hiding under.
**I Have, Who Has - This popular game is played by dealing all of the cards to the students. The teacher begins by saying, "I have a 1, who has a 2?" Students continue in a like manner until all numbers have been identified.
**Apple Patterns - This activity includes several cards for use at a center, as well as a worksheet for individual patterning practice.
**Songs & Rhymes - These printable cards include 17 fun songs & rhymes including several of my own originals.
**Description Packet - This 7 page packet shows everything that is included in this bundle and includes preparation instructions and directions, as well as additional activity ideas.
**Apple Counting Worksheet - Students dip their finger into paint or ink and add the matching number of fingerprint "apples" to the apple baskets.
**Apple Eating Alligator - This is a favorite activity using an alligator made from a clothespin. The "apples" can be pom poms or balls of red paper. Students count down as they remove one "apple" at a time while reciting the fun rhyme that is included.
**Apples Up on Top - Students count apples and attach a clothes pin to the correct number OR circle the number with a dry-erase marker. A worksheet is also included for students to count their own fingerprint apples.
**Counting Apples Playdough Mats - Students make apples from playdough for their apple tree playdough mat. Then they use the numbered apple mat as they count ten apples.
**Mini Booklet: How Many Apples in the Tree? - A fun little book that prints onto just one piece of paper and is then folded in forths to create a book. Students count the apples and color the pages.
**Let's Count Apples, Worksheet - Students cut out numbers and glue them onto their worksheet in order. Then they count out the correct number of markers to place next to the number (I use cereal, but you can use any small marker, paper apples, dot markers, stickers etc.)
**Ten Apples on the Top - This activity includes a picture of a girl or boy which is attached to an upside-down paper cup. A small hole is punched into the bottom of the cup and skewer is inserted into the hole. Students use playdough "apples" to count apples as they push them onto the skewers.
**Ten Ripe Apples Group Activity - This count-down activity includes an original rhyme that is repeated as students take turns removing an apple from the tree.
