Are you looking for a fun and engaging way for your students to practice applications of linear systems?
You've found it!
This activity takes place at a pug washing business (because why not?) and considers the employee's pay schedules. Students are asked to write equations, complete t-tables, graph and solve the systems algebraically. Throughout, they are asked to interpret the solution in the context of the problem. Finally, they are asked to generate two equations of their own that also have the same solution.
