These assessments can be used as exams for MathMotivation's Applied Math curriculum. Two exams are included. The first has questions covering material from the following units:
- DIY
- Fractions
- Percents
- Kitchen Conversions
- Meal Math
- Car Math
The second exam has questions covering material from these units:
- Banking
- Credit Cards
- Real Estate
Both exams come with study guides that are identical in format to the exams but with different numbers. All four resources include detailed answer keys.
Each resource comes in a PDF and PowerPoint version that allows editing.

Note for Intervention Specialists:
Consider any of MathMotivation’s Applied Math resources for your students! The entire Applied Math curriculum has been tested out & is still currently being used for special education students on IEPs. Many of these students have spent three years in a resource room for high school math andthen entered into the general education inclusion setting for Applied Math their senior year. (*These students are not alternatively assessed.*) All of the Applied Math materials are great resources for general education & special education!
