Product Description
Studens will love ruling on actual Supreme Court cases with this cooperative learning lesson! Students will use their knowledge of how the Bill of Rights to debate and ultimately rule on real Supreme Court cases that matter to them. Let them see that law and government is relevant to their daily lives as they have extended discourse in their small groups.

This lesson comes with a teacher answers to the court case rulings, sample court cases to use as a model for student expectations, sheets for students to record their rulings with their justification (which amendment did students interpret to get to their ruling), and summaries of the five Supreme Court cases to be debated.
