Apraxia of speech, targets simple sound sequences
Print Product. You may laminate check mark pages, or simply place in sheet protectors and use with a dry erase marker. You also may simply print the check mark pages and let the student keep their own copy. It is recommended that sound picture cards be laminated and cut out for easier viewing and manipulating. Sound cards will be arranged onto “check mark” page blank gift tags.
Sound cards are arranged into the following groups: vowels, bilabials, labiodentals, lingua-dentals, lingua-alveolars, lingua-palatals, and velars.
Each student will be given a “gift” check mark page. Each worksheet is open-ended, but offers you the ability to practice V, C, CV, & VC sequences. Place sound card visuals to be targeted at the top of the page. After practicing each target item in at least 3 trials, they may check the corresponding box off. 3 trial, 6 trial, and 9 trial boxes are included.
In addition, one “open ended” gift check mark page is included. You can handwrite any target sequence, such as CVC or CVCV, you would like to practice on this page.
