Here is a fun way for your students to practice Exponential Growth and Decay functions! Students must read the word problem, find the starting amount, the decay/growth percentage, write the formula, and solve the problem! By explicitly stating the multiple parts of the problem, these problems become easier for students to write and solve as well as increases retention!
You can print these off as individual student worksheets, set around the room as page long centers, place around the room as 16 different problem stations, have students work in groups on the entire 16 question packet, or many other options!
A student answer sheet is included should you wish to only print off a class set or center set of the problem sheets.
An answer key is included for easy grading!
