Kindergarten Morning Work!! Answer key included!! Cute yet rigorous!!

⭐This resource includes daily practice that you may use for morning work, review, small groups, whole group, homework, formative assessment, and much more! The worksheets are April-themed and cover a period of 5 weeks. These are labeled with the week and day (numerical) on the top for easy reference.

⭐ Each worksheet contains four sections. The first section includes beginning digraph pictures with a space for students to write the digraph {the rest of the letters are provided}. The second section contains four sight words {Fry first 100 words} and the student is asked to unscramble them and write them on the lines provided. In the third section, the students have to write one sentence using the one of the sight words they unscrambled. The last section includes math related activities that differ per week. It includes number words, addition/subtraction word problems, and addition and subtraction facts.

⭐ In addition to the daily practice worksheets, I have included a separate section for writing templates that are also labeled with the week and day... and are April-themed. On the writing templates, the students have to write a story based on the seasonal picture provided. I personally print the morning/bell worksheets and the writing templates, and copy them back to back for each student. If you decide to do this, please make sure that you pair the correct worksheet with the appropriate writing template as they are labeled with a specific week/day of the week... and you want them to match up.

⭐ You may use this resource as whole group, small groups, homework, centers, independent work, formative assessments, and much more! Although this resource targets kindergarten, you may use it to review first grade concepts with your students.
