This is a lesson plan for upper elementary and middle schools students to create a Growing Plants Sequence. By the end of this lesson, each student or partner group will have created a plant that grows from a seed to a flower.
Prior to teaching this lesson, a basic familiarity of scratch is encouraged, but not necessary. This lesson could be used to incorporate STEM or in a technology/computer lab. We used these lessons after Hour of Code week in my computer class! This program will not work with the Scratch, Jr iPad app.
