Common Core inspired activity to review ancient Native Americans of North America gives student archaeologists the opportunity to apply what they know about the Paleo, Archaic, Woodland, and Mississippian cultures. Students will help Professor Ima Digger to sort through various artifact cards and enter them on the museum manifest so the artifacts will successfully reach the appropriate museum area.
As an additional extension activity for early finishers, students may research additional artifacts to be included in each area.
With this download you will receive:
20 illustrated and labeled artifact cards for sorting
4 blank cards for identifying additional artifacts for display
