This Full lesson plan deals the simple commands in archery and how to start a unit/lesson for this subject. It shows how safety procedures will help this lesson and future archery lessons to prevent any injuries. This is a high school or middle school type lesson plan which gives cues using whistles to alert the students what to do throughout the class. It's a simple lesson that allows the students to learn about archery, practice it, and be safe at the same time. The following objectives will be covered:Given a class session, the students will show socially responsible behavior by following all class rules according to established protocols during the entire class. Given an explanation and demonstration, the students will show an understanding of hand-eye coordination, body awareness, personal space, general space, accuracy, and precision by recalling the procedures to the Archery activities according the criteria given by the teacher. Given a practice session, the students will demonstrate hand-eye coordination, body awareness, personal space, general space, accuracy, and precision by performing the Archery activities according to all of the criteria correctly.
Given a closure session, the students will show an understanding of socially acceptable behavior and sportsmanship by using the equipment in a safe and proper manner for all archery activities according to class protocols.
