Description

These Arctic Animal Flap Books are a great companion to any Winter Unit! There are 5 Arctic Animal Flap Books in this resource: Penguin, Polar Bear, Beluga Whale, Snowy Owl, and the Arctic Fox. Each flap book includes 4 fact flaps with a question and two levels of differentiation for writing facts. These flap books are LOW-INK, NO-PREP and ready-to-use! A list of suggested videos and websites to locate the facts for each animal is included.

Included Animals:

Penguin

Polar Bear

Beluga Whale

Snowy Owl

Arctic Fox

2 Levels of Differentiation:

Level One (Independent Learners): Students use resources to research the animals and generate their own facts to answer each question.

Level Two (Assisted Learners): Students cut apart the fact boxes and glue each fact under the flap to match the question. Facts are picture-supported. This level is great for students with limited fine motor skills.
