Product Description
This is a FANTASTIC activity that focuses on comparing Rome to the United States. Students will access a custom made Google Site and research and compare the following topics within Ancient Rome and compare it to the United States:

-Excessive Military Spending
-Political Corruption
-Inferior Technology
-Inflation
-Unemployment
-Urban Decay
-Decline in Morals and Values
-Barbarian Invasions
-Environmental/Health Concerns
-Rise in Christianity

Each topic has videos/websites connected to each topic that they will access through the custom made Google Site. Once they have research and compared the topics as they were in Ancient Rome to that of the United States, they will then complete a writing summary in which they answer the question "Are We Rome?"
