This activity has a variety of slides to help students review area and perimeter. This tool is ideal for students that have learned area and perimeter formulas, but may need a review. The
shapes included in this review are rectangles, triangles, parallelograms, and trapezoids, as well as composite figures.
These slides give a review, and give students a chance to work out a few examples. You could use all of this at one time, or do a slide a day as a warm up. When they are finished, students will have a fantastic resource to refer back to for the rest of the year. The slides topics are:
•Area vs. Perimeter
•One slide each reviewing rectangles, triangles, parallelograms, and composite figures
When you purchase this resource, you will receive a pdf teacher's guide that has links to make copies of the student activities. A second link provides a copy to the answer key. Both you and your students will need Google accounts in order to use this activity.
This resource can also be purchased as part of the bundle:
⭐ Middle School Math Review Digital Notebook Activities Bundle
⭐ Geometry Partner Activities with Area, Volume and Surface Area
⭐ Angle Relationships Stations: Complementary, Supplementary and Vertical Angles
