    The mini-lessons are easy to complete and are great for students to reference after you have taught the initial lesson. They are "no-nonsense" notebook entries that require no folding! Students simply cut and (if you wish) color!

    In the FIFTY worksheets included, students practice finding area, finding perimeter, solving word problems based on area and perimeter, finding missing side lengths given the area or perimeter, finding rectilinear area, use unit squares, use real-life measurements, and compare two rectangles to see if they have the same area or perimeter. Pick and choose which area and perimeter worksheets work best for your classroom!

    There are many games and activities included as well! There is at least one game and one activity included per unit. Some examples of the games include finding missing side lengths in a cats and dogs game, finding the perimeter of legos, finding the area of building blocks, error analysis writing prompts, creating an amusement park, creating a mansion, and MORE!
