### Description

Engage your math students with this editable, digital activity to help them practice finding the area of rectangles. It can be used in Google Forms or Easel and is set up to be graded automatically! Students are shown one rectangle or square at a time and use the area formula to find the area.

This is a great activity to use in the classroom or with distance learning! It's perfect for math centers, bell-ringers, exit tickets, or as a fun alternative to a worksheet.

This is an editable activity. You can add questions of your own to the activity or delete any problems you do not want to use. You can also change the answer type if desired or switch the order of the questions.

This activity is aligned to 3rd grade Common Core State Standard 3.MD.C.7b with whole numbers for the lengths and widths but is also a great review for 4th, 5th, or older students.

TWO OPTIONS:

Both forms of the activity use the same questions. They are both editable and are self-checking.

It is set up as a Google Quiz and is self-grading! You can change the settings if you want to adjust the point values, when students can see their grade, and if you would like students to see the correct answers after submitting.

2) Easel

If you would like to use the Easel option, after you purchase the activity you will see a green button that says "Preview and Assign" for Easel.
