Areas of Parallelograms
This worksheet is a fun way for students to practice their skills finding the area of parallelograms. FYI: The measures of the parallelograms are two digit numbers so the areas of most of the shapes won't be answers that can be calculated very easily by memory. Several parallelograms are divisible by ten, though. Base, height, and side measures are also included on the parallelograms.
The activity is set up like a multiple choice quiz. Students solve the problem, then circle the answer that is correct. After that, they match the color from the answer choice with the question number found on the coloring worksheet.
There are 10 questions in all.
Fun as a filler activity or as homework.
