This is a debriefing I use with my students after they have written the 2019 exam argumentative essay in class. I debrief the rhetorical situation, break down the text, and then ask students to self-assess their work using the College Board argument rubric. Often, I do this as part of a "hell week" in which students write an essay a day for 3 days straight.
